About this programme

The Relationship Leader is a one-day leadership development programme that places relationship at the heart of leadership. It equips leaders with the mindset and skills to build, maintain, and repair healthy relationships as the primary lever for sustained change and performance.

This is a programme which shifts leadership attention from individuals in isolation to the relationship as a place in which work actually gets done. Leaders learn how to work proficiently with relational intelligence, to read, influence, and lead healthy and strong relationships and begin recognising that teams, partnerships, and organisations perform in direct proportion to the quality of their relationships.

This is a highly practical programme. Leaders leave with relationship skills, tools, language, and embodied practices they can use immediately to strengthen trust, navigate tension, and create resilient, high-performing relationships.

Who is this programme for

This is a programme for all levels of leaders from the newest leaders to the most seasoned professionals. It is designed for those who realise that every change, every piece of work begins with and thrives upon healthy relationships.
