The Natural Leader School develops the practices of exceptional human connection and communication across both secondary and primary school children.

It equips staff with these invaluable leadership skills and techniques, enabling them to deliver across the year groups and develop them in every child.

This is a school wide, curriculum wide, leadership skills programme that has been developed in partnership with our educational experts and our coaches. Every aspect of the programme is mapped to the National Curriculum and supported with a suite of materials, including teaching texts and lessons plans.

The World Economic Forum states that in the 21st century, it is not just academic qualifications that will determine future success. It is leadership, confidence and communication skills that are needed by students and most sought by employers.
