The Emerging Leader equips new leaders to move confidently from technical expertise into identifying themselves as a 'leader'. Across an induction and seven focused sessions, participants explore their leadership identity, build self-awareness, core skills, and practical tools to lead people, manage performance, and navigate change—accelerating their leadership journey and laying the foundations for their long-term leadership success.

  • Develop a Personal Leadership Portfolio, showcasing growth and reflection.
  • Receive Peer and Facilitator Feedback, demonstrating leadership development.
