The Emerging Leader equips new leaders to move confidently from technical expertise into leadership impact. Across an induction and seven focused sessions, participants build self-awareness, core skills, and practical tools to lead people, manage performance, and navigate change—accelerating their leadership journey and laying the foundations for long-term success..
