The need to influence on a global stage.
“We need our executive team to be able to influence senior stakeholders so that they can become proficient in representing our country and our region on the global stage at the very highest level.”
Our Natural Response:
A tailor-made, six-month programme for seven senior executives operating at the very highest level. Our programme combined face-to-face development, virtual training and individual executive coaching. The focus blended the 'doing' of mapping and prioritising stakeholders, assessing quality of relationship and reputation and building a leadership narrative. Crucially, the 'individual impact and influencing skills' focused on personal guidance and direction to develop personal presence, personal communication and flexing impact towards the intended audience.

Our Natural Response:
Beginning with a senior leadership team reputation workshop, we used our organisational and relationships systems work to reveal the full intelligence held within the team. The workshop served to bring out a common narrative, define aspirations and identify shared priorities. A three-month programme to build reputation across each department leader was designed and supported through implementation and measurement.
