About this programme

The Positive Leader is a one-day leadership development programme designed to equip leaders to use positivity as a deliberate leadership strategy — not as optimism or “being nice”, but as a proven way to improve performance, wellbeing, and results.

Based on Kim Cameron’s Positive Leadership and Positive Organisational Scholarship, the programme translates robust research into practical, everyday leadership behaviours.
