A leadership capability framework for restoring human capacity, trust, performance sustainability, and organisational health. The Restorative Leader is a nature-based leadership development programme designed to address this challenge at its source—by equipping leaders and teams with the capacity to restore wellbeing, sustain performance, and lead effectively in complexity.

About this programme

The Restorative Leader is an evidence-informed, experiential leadership development programme that positions wellbeing as a core leadership capability rather than an individual responsibility. Integrating insights from organisational psychology, neuroscience, and systems thinking with nature-based learning, the programme enables leaders to build sustainable habits that support resilience, decision quality, and relational effectiveness.

The programme is designed specifically for corporate teams and leadership cohorts operating under sustained pressure. Through structured experiences, facilitated reflection, and practical application, participants develop the awareness and skills required to create psychologically safe, high-performing environments. The emphasis is on practical transfer—ensuring insights gained translate directly into day-to-day leadership behaviours and organisational impact.

Who should attend?

This programme is suited to senior leaders, executive teams, and people managers who are responsible for performance while navigating complexity, change, and increasing demands on wellbeing.

It is particularly valuable for teams experiencing high workload, transformation, post-growth integration, or rising burnout indicators.
The Restorative Leader is also relevant for organisations embedding wellbeing into their leadership frameworks, ESG commitments, and talent strategies. It supports HR, L&D, and OD priorities by strengthening leadership capability, improving engagement, and reducing the systemic risks associated with chronic stress and disengagement.
