The authentic leader is congruent. What they do, say and feel are always aligned. This way of 'being' naturally puts themselves and others at ease. They lead from a place of values, strengths, personal purpose and belief. Those around them are encouraged to lead in the same manner. No matter who they are with or the situation in which they find themselves, they remain able to show who they are and what they stand for. Their authenticity results in others feeling they have permission to do the same.
About this module
The perfect development to follow ‘the conscious leader‘, this module develops the ability and practice for the leader to remain grounded in the leader they are, no matter what their environment or their audience. Leaders begin to learn how to adapt their communication, thinking, delivery and connection with their audience yet still remain in their leadership purpose.
Expect a highly experiential day with practical skills, coaching, leadership, direction, role-play, observation and a lot of fun.
Who is the module for?
Relatively new to leadership, those that attend the authentic leader module are evolving their leadership identity. Currently proficient and comfortable in their professional role they attend to develop their practice in leading across situations and stakeholders.
