recognises the leaders’ commitment to leading with purpose, cultivating trust and psychological safety, and embedding regenerative high-performance practices in their teams.

Attendance & Commitment to Practice
Minimum 85–90% attendance across all programme modules.
Active participation in group dialogue, reflection and experiential learning activities.
Demonstrates integrity, professionalism and contribution to a supportive learning environment.

Purpose-Led Leadership Definition
Completion of a personal leadership purpose statement that clearly articulates:
how purpose anchors their leadership
how it connects to team direction and performance
Evidence that this purpose has been meaningfully explored and refined during the programme.

Values Alignment in Practice
Completion of a short reflection or case example that demonstrates:
how personal and team values were identified
how these are being used to build motivation, clarity and accountability
Shows intention to embed values into daily leadership practice.

Purpose-as-Advantage Implementation
Participants must provide evidence of how they have leveraged purpose and diversity within their team to enhance collaboration, innovation or problem-solving.

High-Performance Rhythm Design & Deployment
Participants must design and implement at least one team rhythm, ritual or performance habit and report on outcomes or early impact.
