listens more,
holds their space,
invites everyone in,
inspires and has compassion,
adapts their communication to captivate their audience, be it of 1 or 1000,
creates comfort in controversy,
is calm when stakes are high,
maintains healthy relationships in disagreement,
builds rapport quickly,
aligns many around a common goal,
moves others to action,
is connected with their natural brilliance.
To me, this is leadership.
Some elements can be taught. Meh, sitting down for this doesn’t work.
It’s learned when it is experienced, personally.
With immediate coaching and guidance.
